- All furniture descriptions, images, and measurements are provided for reference only.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to natural materials or screen display differences.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders will be processed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- The balance amount must be paid before or at the time of delivery.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
3. Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Extra charges may apply for delivery outside the standard radius or for difficult access (stairs, narrow lanes, etc.).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access for safe furniture delivery.
4. Installation
- Basic installation is provided where applicable.
- Any additional installation or modification requirements may attract extra charges.
5. Warranty
- Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not to damage caused by misuse, water exposure, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.
- Warranty period varies by product and is valid only with an original invoice.
6. Returns & Exchange
- Furniture once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
- Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
7. Custom Furniture
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Any design changes after order confirmation may result in additional charges or extended delivery time.
8. Liability
- The company is not responsible for damage caused after delivery or installation.
- Natural variations in wood, fabric, or materials are not considered defects.
